Lena Fritsch graduated from the University of Mannheim in Germany in 2015 with a Masters in Literature and Business Studies. Since then she has worked in communications and administration roles in Germany, Canada, Uganda and Wales. Passionate about sustainability based on collaboration and global solidarity, she is currently studying towards a Postgraduate Certificate in Environmental Management with the Open University.

She started volunteering with Dolen Ffermio in 2020 and has been involved in maintaining and improving communication processes to support and promote Dolen Ffermio’s projects with our partners in Uganda.

Lena also works as a Development and Support Manager at Hub Cymru Africa – an organisation that represents the global solidarity sector in Wales.
