Privacy Policy

Supporters and donors:

We hold information provided to us (name, address, phone number and/or email address) purely for the purpose of acknowledging receipt and claiming gift aid on donations, if appropriate, and keeping supporters and donors informed by sending 2 copies of our newsletter a year for a length of time. We delete this information when we stop sending newsletters and we don’t pass it on to anyone or use it for anything else. Supporters and donors can opt out of receiving newsletters at any time by contacting our secretary, Val Talbot – details below. We do not keep a record of bank account details.

Members

Our policy is the same as for supporters and donors but will also include other information about events, updates and annual reporting for the AGM. Members can opt out by letting us know or resigning their membership. We do not keep a record of bank account details.
