Ngora Vocational Training Institute

Ngora Vocational Training Institute empowers youth from impoverished areas through government-standard IT and vocational training, promoting employment while nurturing talents in arts, music, and sports for holistic development.
Program Impact
The Ngora Vocational Training Institute is committed to transforming the lives of young people from communities plagued by extreme poverty and limited access to formal education. Our mission is to equip these youth with practical, marketable skills that enable them to break the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
Our 8-acre site is more than just a campus—it is a dynamic hub of learning, innovation, and growth. The campus features purpose-built classrooms, hands-on workshops, and expansive fields for permaculture and agroforestry training. Students also receive practical instruction in livestock management and aquaculture, learning how to care for animals and manage fishponds as part of a holistic approach to sustainable living.

Student-Built Double Classroom Block

One of our proudest achievements is the construction of a double classroom block—designed and built entirely by students as part of their training. This hands-on project not only reinforces technical skills but also instills confidence and a strong sense of ownership in the learners.
